The temperatures that you mentioned are good. This probably eliminates that possibility. This means they are updated every time you start one of them. However, I believe that the games you are playing are on Steam. Normally, finding a patch for the games would solve the problem. I have seen these symptoms several times over the years. I even dusted and placed the desktop itself away from everything on my desk to see if it really was a temperature issue. I have updated Bios, my drivers and windows 10.
